I had this when I was in High School in the mid 80's, I studied it, made my own notes and applied it to hitting, throwing and fielding in baseball. I received a scholarship to SDSU baseball program in 1987-88 season.
I switch hit, attributing my ability to concentrate and maintain fast reaction times and increased bat speed. At the time, the runners would try to take you out at second base when turning a double play, applying rapid footwork and short compact hard throws. All attributable to what I learned in Tao of Jeet Kune Do.

Also, I love the book itself. It's a perfect choice for Bruce Lee fans.

The outer cover of the book was dusty and damaged which was a letdown. But the book itself was in good condition so I can’t be too mad about it.
