In 1967, Bruce Lee developed an expression of martial arts that was personal to him called Jeet Kune Do (translated: Way of the Intercepting Fist). The art has as its symbolic representation what we call Bruce Lee's Core Symbol and uses as its main tenet: Using no way as way; having no limitation as limitation. The idea of intercepting is key to JKD, whether it be the interception of your opponent's technique or his intent. The basic guiding principles are: simplicity, directness and freedom (the form of no form).

Scott W.September 23, 2020This summer I ordered this tee as an X-Large and I am slender, stand at 5' 10". It fits well, hangs nicely, and does not feel tight anywhere on me. I wash it in cold water and let it hang dry. This tee is not a thick fabric, but very light and easy to wear especially in hot and humid weather. I really like this tee because I have always been a fan of Bruce Lee and I have been in Tae Kwon Do for over 20 years.
