RachelMay 26, 2022Since the first time I ordered from the Bruce Lee website & received the items purchased, I have always been satisfied until my last order. I placed my order, paid for it, the site approved it for shipping. I finally received the package, minus 1 T-Shirt that I ordered. The company didn’t contact me trough phone, message or text. I looked at the invoice & it states the company canceled 1 of the T-Shirts I ordered, without my knowledge. I then reached out through e- mail. They answered my e-mail, letting me know they ran out of the certain T-Shirt I ordered. Their suggestion was a refund , I asked them if they could send me another T-Shirt other than the one they were out of, their answer was - they couldn’t do that. My understanding is, the customer is always right, especially when I ordered the items for My Son’s Birthday ! I would of hit 5 stars, but how they chose to handle my order was not fair to me, as far as fulfilling my order as usual.

Like all of the items I’ve purchased from the site, it is of great quality. I am a bigger guy, over 6ft, around 250lbs and the XL fits really well.
