“Be Boundless” –Motto at University of Washington
From 1961-1964, the University of Washington was the campus that Bruce Lee called home. Long before the one-inch punch and the two-finger push-up, and years before he became an icon of the silver screen, the student was learning to become a master in Seattle. He was reading and writing quietly at Lake Washington, giving demonstrations and lessons of Jun Fan Gung along the white columns known as the Sylvan Grove Theater and at the Husky Union Building, and learning to expand on his philosophies.
The student and the teacher began to merge at U-Dub in Seattle.
